Neo

Neo is an accomplished, innovative Yoga teacher passionately committed to bringing depth and clarity to the understanding and practice of Yoga.

His distinctive style of Yoga Teaching is rooted in his personal experience of Yoga and his continued dedication to self-development.  During, frequent visits to India, Neo participates in intensive spiritual growth training, as he firmly believes in the value and benefit of on-going learning and training to inform his yoga teaching and enhance his students’ experience.

Neo has studied Ashtanga and Iyengar Yoga systems and is currently studying the Anusara method.  He presents ancient yogic traditions in his own 21st century style and teaches a contemporary blend of different Yoga systems and styles to fulfill the varied needs of all his students.  Neo’s Yoga Retreats are well organized and highly professional ensuring a fun, safe and rewarding Yoga experience.
 
Neo is qualified to the highest standard set by The Yoga Alliance in the United States (E-RYT 500 hours). He holds a Government accredited Advanced Yoga Teacher Training Certificate gained at the Yoga Arts Training Academy in Australia. In addition Neo is qualified to teach other yoga teachers and is the director of certified yoga training programs registered with the International Yoga Alliance.

Neo has been deeply influenced by the teachings of Osho (December 11, 1931 – January 19, 1990) on his search for inner peace.  "To know oneself is to know all. And that is the only thing I emphasize; no belief, no dogma, no creed, no church, no religion.  By a simple process of inner observation you come to realize yourself... Truth is within – seek not elsewhere." Osho

As a contemporary Yoga teacher who appreciates the modern need for quick access to meditation Neo has recorded Guided Relaxation and Meditation downloads for adults.  In addition he has collaborated with Elaine to record a 'Guided Relaxation, Meditation and Visualisation' CD for Children, which is being used by children in the UK and in the USA.

Neo lives in New York and currently divides his time between worldwide destinations leading his Yoga and Meditation Retreats, and the United States where he assists the Bartholomew J. Lawson Foundation for Children as Executive Director of "REACH Grenada" (www.reachgrenada.org).  REACH Grenada is a program working to relieve poverty and improve the intellectual, physical and spiritual wellbeing of the children and youth in Grenada (Caribbean) following the devastating hurricanes that ravaged the island in 2004 and again in 2005.

Prior to commencing his career teaching yoga in 2003, Neo spent six years working as a business executive for technological and internet companies in Europe, the United States and Asia.  He is a graduate in Law from the United Kingdom, a certified NLP Practitioner and has completed professional training in the Enneagram System.

Ariane

Ariane, a certified yoga teacher lends practical support and hands on class assistance during our yoga retreats making for a very special experience for everyone involved.  Ariane is also an accomplished artist, her vivid pictures are inspired by her studies at the School Of Oriental and African Studies and her travels around the world.  Ariane is a frequent globe trotter and recently returned from an eighteen month overland trip across Africa, travelling in her bright yellow Land Rover with her beloved and twenty one year old cat in tow.

Elaine

Elaine, a fully qualified British Wheel of Yoga teacher for both adults and children, actively promotes the practice of yoga and meditation in UK schools and is the creator of the 'Guided Relaxation, Meditation and Visualisation' CD for Children available as a download.  Elaine also manages the administration of the yoga retreat bookings.
