With a total intake of less than 1200 calories per day, the Yoga, Thalasso, Detox Retreat is a perfect way to lose weight, detoxify and repair modern day stress damage.

Yoga Retreat Accomodation

The accommodation consists of luxurious junior suites with en-suite bathrooms and views of the beautiful landscaped gardens.

Your Travel information

The towns of Portimão and Albufeira are close by and many picturesque Portugese villages are scattered along the coast and inland. The nearest international airport is Faro, Portugal, approximately 50 km away to the west. Faro is served by several major airlines.

Arrival time: The program starts on Sunday at 6:00pm and ends on the following Sunday. When making your flight reservations, please arrange for your arrival at Faro airport no later than 3:00pm. That will ensure you can arrive at Vilalara Resort by 5:00pm giving you time to check in and relax.

Departure time: Checkout time is at 12:00 on Sunday but feel free to depart on Sunday at any time. (The scheduled program in fact ends after the final group dinner on Saturday night, making Sunday a schedule-free day!)

Airport transfers: Private pick up airport transfers can arranged for you and will be charged at 65 euros each way. A dedicated driver will be waiting for you at Faro airport at the time of your arrival with a personalised name card. (please note that even in the event that your flight is delayed, the driver will be waiting to meet you.)

A non-refundable deposit of €750 credit card payment will be required to secure your place on this yoga retreat in Portugal. The remainder of retreat payment can then be paid either in cash or credit card on arrival.
