Yoga With Neo is a Yoga Alliance Registered Training School.
Yoga Teacher Training School - Introduction
Please note that due to Neo's extensive charity work commitments in 2008 and 2009, this yoga teacher training has been postponed until further notice.
Our school offers highly structured and professional certified Yoga Teacher Training Courses registered by the Yoga Alliance at the 200 and 500 hours level. Our trainings are delivered on a part-time basis and our course tutors are trained to the highest standards and are dedicated to provide a safe space for your own personal transformation to happen.
It is our belief that, due to conditioning, we lose touch with who we really are and what we are meant to be. Our school offers trainings that are dedicated to help you reconnect with yourself, to find again the sense of peace, love and contentment that we can so easily lose touch with.

Yoga Teacher Trainees - 2005/06
To open up the space for this reconnection to happen it is necessary to journey into your core. A commitment to an honest self-exploration, a courageous dive into the depths of meditation and the discipline to pursue yogic practices is what is needed for such a quest.
A student of Yoga looking for a Yoga Asanas (postures) teaching alone must understand that this is not the right school for them. On the other hand, those who are interested to go on a discovery journey of what Yoga is in its entirety and have a longing inside to live to their fullest potential, you have just come across your next step.
To take part in one of our trainings you do not need a very flexible body. A courageous heart and a flexible mind is all that is necessary to start the journey.
We look forward to connecting with you.

"I currently teach a general Hatha Yoga class once a week in San Pedro, Spain and also offer regular class cover for Neo when his work commitments take him out of the country. In conjunction with some of the other teacher training graduates and Neo, I have been leading a beginners Ashtanga Yoga class at Manolo Santana Raquets Club in Marbella.
The nine month teacher training course gave me a thorough grounding in all aspects of what being a Yoga teacher involves. From a detailed study of anatomy and hands on adjustment skills, through to the more practical aspects of class management and the business side of running a Yoga class.
I would recommend the course not only for people interested in becoming teachers, but also for those interested in deepening their understanding of Yoga on a personal level. The self understanding components of the course, and time spent on retreat are invaluable for gaining insight into what motivates and governs our behaviour on a day-to-day basis.
It was important to me as a Westerner, that the course should address the issue of teaching a 2000+ year old Eastern spiritual system, in a way that was relevant to the West in the 21st Century, I'm happy to say that Neo and Kali were of the same mind."
