Cancellation Policy

The deposit is refundable if you cancel the event more than thirty days in advance of the start date. The deposit is non refundable if you cancel at any time within thirty days of the start of the event. Yoga with Neo are not responsible for expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled trips by a guest, such as airline tickets or costs incurred due to travel delays or illness. We will do our best to maintain the standard of never cancelling a retreat, but in the event of your retreat being cancelled by us, your deposit will be refunded to you. However any additional costs incurred by you would need to be covered by your holiday insurance. Payment of the deposit indicates agreement with this cancellation policy.

Insurance Policy

It is strongly recommended that you take out adequate insurance coverage for cancellations, health, lost baggage etc. for the full duration of your Retreat. Please ensure that you are covered for all yoga practices and walking activities.

If you are travelling from an EU/EEA country outside Spain, it is a good idea to carry an E11 form or the European Health Insurance Card (EHIC), which entitles you to free emergency treatment whilst in Spain. In the UK you can get this form from the post office where it must be filled in and stamped.

In the unlikely event of injury, illness, or theft, Yoga with Neo is not responsible for any loss or damage to your personal property, or for any injury or illness sustained during your Retreat.
