● 30g of flat leaf parsley leaves

● 1 crushed garlic clove

● 40g grated Parmesan cheese

● 30g pine nuts (you can also use walnuts)

● 75ml of extra virgin olive oil

● Salt

Saving the oil and salt, put all the ingredients into your food processor for a up to three seconds, add the oil and a bit of salt and you’re done! You can add as much or as little seasoning to it as you like.
